The staff were helpful and polite
This is not a hotel it is hell! Communal toilets and showers were absolutley disgusting! The toilets were dirty and showers were decorated in pubic hairs. Never go THERE..you have been warned.
cheap (if went as 3)
unclean, staff couldn't give directions, facilities not well looked after.
Check in was quick and easy.
The bathroom had a very very unpleasant smell, the room was reasonably clean but not that good.
Bathroom was not very clean, mould on the tiles and the smallness of the shower cubicle made it impossible to get out of the spray in order to wash. And it is quite a noisy hotel, room sound proofing is not very good.
plenty of parking, quiet location, clean room and excellent showers. great value for money
Room tight for space and perhaps different mattress
The water had to be run for 15-20 minutes for it to get cold. The sink area was extremely unclean with marks all over the ceiling and hairs in the sink. The drains in the sink did not even work as when you ran the tap it all just flowed out underneath! The duvet cover was covered in dust, and to make it worse when we arrived to our room a condom wrapper was found in the bed, I found this utterly disgraceful. I cannot enforce how much I do not recommend this hotel, it is in the middle of an industrial state, so a lot of money Is needed to get around. I was very dissapointed with my stay here.
Staff was helpful.. Undoubtely. Room was clean and up to the standard. Had a tv , heater and a coffee as well in the room. The site is closer to all the food outlet. Toilets was clean ... etc
Well you have pay for internet although I booked a double bedroom for one person use so I shouldn't had to pay that. Well you can get 100Mb for a quid which is not bad but as I needed to work for my conference therefore I took up the fiver one (600mb) download. Rest was fine ... just the shower thing gave continuous hot water
bed was comfy, room well laid out
It was old and doors were falling off etc
The hotel receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly, this makes all the difference to a stay. We only had an overnight stay so only encountered the one staff member. The hotel was easy to find and situated in a quiet but convenient location. Parking was good as was the breakfast. TV reception was good (we have stayed in many hotels where this is less than adequate in the past!).The bathroom was excellent as were the teamaking facilities. The bed was clean and comfortable and we had an excellent night's sleep. The window blind was really effective!
Although there was a notice stating that the cold water was of drinking quality it never did in fact get cold no matter how long we ran it for., Apparenlty this is something to do with the plumbing but we did find it a major inconvenience and it is not environmentally friendly in an age when water is scarce. The table area was much too small and situated beneath the TV so that you couldn't work on the table (for example using a laptop) and watch the TV at the same time. There were no bedside cabinets to put a drink on for during the night. The one chair provided was extremely uncomfortable. We found the fact that the window opened inwards very inconvenient as it restricted movement around the bed on that side.
Fantastic value for money. Had everything I needed for a night. Do not picture this as a Hotel. It is a bargain-priced room to stay in. Most of my colleagues paid over £80 to stay elsewhere. I paid £29.95!!
friendly helpful staff. en suite bathroom good size for budget accommodation although shower cubicle too small
not bad enough to make formal complaint but: matresses lumpy nd shower cubicle too small to move I hit my head on wall
Excellent value for money! Very nice and helpful staff. Very stylish, clean and big room. Everything was clean and perfectly organized!
Maybe a few more showers would be useful, there was a large queue, but maybe because a large number of guests arrived at the same time.
Clean & adequate but 'Spartan'. Lavatory paper roll better than some others of this sort of accomodation - tv did not come on after switching off, is it on a time switch I ask? At least it was En-suite, (even if they cannot advertise it as such!!!!!!!!!!!) Adequate for purpose accomodation of this sort
Able to park on site
I didnt like the very bright light flueresant light that was attached to the pole from the bunk bed! No other light if you wanted to read before bed the bright light would disturb your partner.the chair was most uncomfortable to sit on.
Good location, ease of check in and booking, friendly staff
Noise from guests until late, smoking smell at front entrance
